Dingle Single Malt Irish Whiskey 700ml brand_Teaninich dry spicy note whilst first-fillPredominantly composed of six to seven year old spirit, Dingle's new core bottling comes matured in PX Sherry (61%) and Bourbon (39%) first fill casks. A fairly mainstream but well executed Irish profile showing nice integration in a soft, creamy delivery with low key fruitiness through the middle, laced with vanilla wafer biscuit and delicately oily malt. The finish dries with hints of citrus and wood shavings. ABV 46. 30%
