Great fun experience that you get overseas at distilleries but now can try in Australia. This was listed as a White wine cask and I was told it was a Chardonnay Cask. I didn't get a massive amount of chardonnay influence I picked up some red wine influence on the palate and the colour is very dark so not sure if it had full
