Frederick William Hayes was a respected and prolific painter of landscapes born in 1848 and died in 1918. We have been told this is North Wales but he was also found of Cheshire. The print measures 29cm W x 17cm H. The print is in really good condition with no watermarks or foxing. The frame is in poor condition so would probably need a new frame but we have left it in the old one as it is protecting it.
