Aechmea recurvata 'Aztec Gold' NEED DESCRIPTION Colors from café-au-laitA variegated form of this handsome species, still stays only about 8 to 10 inches tall in a bulbous, upright rosette. The yellow gold albomargianted leaves are stiff, fairly spiny, and recurve sharply at the tips, forming a tubular throat. The inflorescence is on a short scape, and the top of the plant blushes reddish when in bloom. Not common in collections.
