Domaine Laougué Sec 19.91 2023 oaked medium plus bodied and sweet50% Petit Manseng and 50% Gros Manseng from Pacherenc du Vic Bilh, Southwest France, France; medium bodied and dry with notes of apple, peach, white corn, macadamia nut, honey, and saline, with medium acidity and an opulent texture. Organic, Biodynamic, Sustainable Grapes are hand harvested from clay limestone and gravel soils, then concrete tank fermented and aged on the lees in concrete until the February after harvest.
