Some fresher notes push into the nose, like fresh cut green leaves, a hint of spiced oak and soft ginger. Palate: More taste forward then we might have thought with the nose so this is going to be a good dram, pears and spiced apples, some toasted oak and smoke building up a little before a deliciously creamy fruit
