Brookite Topaz the color of the Brookites

the color of the Brookites is a deep orange-red (best seen with backlighting) which contrasts wonderfully with the black "phantoms"

each blade shows excellent separation from the other

or a suite of Bolivian specimens

but it also has somewhat of an organic quality to it as well

which grades into the classic Himalaya bubblegum pink and gives way to a thin “straw” colored area

Brookite Topaz the color of the BrookitesAn attractive miniature display specimen which plays host to a 9 mm, gemmy, lustrous, sharp "sword" shaped crystal of rich burnt sienna colored Brookite associated with a few secondary Brookites and a handful of gemmy, colorless Quartz prisms on matrix. The main Brookite is undamaged and is actually intergrown (bisected) with a smaller Brookite that created an interesting form at the base. A beautiful miniature sized display specimen of these
