Driven by international aspirations during the peak of his career in the 1950s, Finn Juhl sent a watercolour drawing of the formerly named SW 86 Chair, already in production in Denmark, to the American furniture manufacturer Baker Furniture for consideration. The watercolour was eventually gifted to Baker Furniture's former Vice President of Marketing, Mary Ellen Kettelhut. When Kettelhut presented
