This time were being treated to a 1994 single refill hogshead from Highland single malt distillery Tomatin. Aged for three decades, this is an extremely fruity, juicy and exquisite whisky, according to the indie bottler. Theres a whole load of tropical and green fruit here, along with a floral honeyed note and a curious earthy funk. A
