Cahill's, Sydney, Australia 1970s Odeon The Owl Diner opened inBrother and sister Reg and Theresa Cahill opened a chain of restaurants in Sydney that operated between the 1930s to the 1970s. They were among the first restaurateurs to import Coca Cola to Australia and, apparently, the caramel sauce they served on cakes and ice cream was legendary.
