Hibiki 21 Year Old 100th Anniversary 50.1 Labelled as a ‘Tres Vieux’This limited edition Hibiki 21 year old was created to celebrate 100 years of Suntory whisky. This special expression breaks from their traditional cask maturation techniques. Chief Blender, Shinji Fukuyo used Mizurazna oak to pay respect to their rich Japanese heritage. Nose: Sweet jasmine florals, bright kumquat and a slight hint of cinnamon. Palate: More sweet florals, sandalwood and gentles spices. Finish: A long finish with lingering Mizurana
