Nose: Some hints of candy like barley sugar twists, light orchard fruits like pears and green apples. Palate: Vanilla pod and soft bake brioche rolls, more of those orchard fruits from the nose with a dash of light honey and oats, waffles with maple syrup and a dusting of cinnamon.
