The design is based upon the blocky, concrete shapes of a Stockholm suburb. 'Many of our products are inspired by architecture and graphic expression in buildings. The particular skyline lamp was inspired by the raw concrete suburb where I grew up, called Vllingby.' Folkform co founder Anna Holmquist.
