This piece dates to the 19th century and is from Shanxi province in Northern China. It has layers of character and patina from many years of daily use. The lacquer has a beautiful natural crackle only found on older pieces. The labels have been replaced many times through the years with each layered on top of the previous. Each label details the various natural minerals
