Sarong or sarung denotes the lower garment worn by Southeast Asian men and women which is stitched at the narrower edges to form a tube. The design is typical of Flores Ikat and the size of the piece is exactly the size of a handloom. 85years old and dyed with natural dyes. The stitching could easily be unpicked, so it could be used as a throw.
