It is from the bar aboard The Queen Elizabeth which, together with The Queen Mary, plied a weekly service from Southampton to New York. About 2000 passengers were on board the Cunard ship and as this menu suggests, it must have been a glamorous way to travel. The ship was eventually taken out of service in 1969 and
