Made using Italian wines, selected botanicals including wormwood and Piedmont. Nose: Vanilla, dark fruits like dried fig, hints of spiced wood, sweet floral notes, wormwood and soft pepper. Palate: Cinnamon and fig's some peach with a building of sweet spices, the peppery notes add a nice contrast to the sweetness of the dark
