Undertones of fresh herbs and earth after rain with a silky palate, fine tannin and a pure, saline finish. Serve this wine slightly chilled with a creamy hard cheese, or a roast chicken. 45 year old vines of Pineau d'Aunis call this northern most part of the Loire, home. This wine is a nod to the robins who fly around the vineyards in spring.
