GG-01 - General Frederic Augustus Thesiger, 2nd Baron of Chelmsford D-Day Introduced during the reforms ofGeneral Frederic Augustus Thesiger, 2nd Baron Chelmsford (31st May 1827 9th April 1905) Chelmsford rose to prominence during the Anglo Zuly War, and despite his initial decisive defeat at the hands of a Zulu force at the Battle of Isandlwana in 1879, was able to go on and score several victories against the Zuluz, culminating in the British victory at the Battle of Ulundi, which ended the war and partly restorted his reputation in Britain.
