Constructed of silver gilt and fine blue, green, black, and white enamels; with a fine crown suspension; cross patte with arms in rounded ends with white black white alternating enamels; with gilded crossed swords and a green enameled oak leaf wreath between the arms; the obverse with a black enameled eagle in a white enamel center medallion, surrounded by a blue enameled ring circumscribed Vom
