An extremely well preserved Waffen SS Infantry EM NCOs M40 overseas cap, constructed of field grey wool twill. The cap is fully surrounded by reinforced fold down side panels. Stitched onto the peak is an insignia constructed of a black rayon backer bearing a machine embroidered silver grey SS style German national eagle clutching a wreathed mobile swastika. The eagle insignia measures 30 mm (w) x 60 mm (w) overall. Just
