In silver with gold center, star has seven triple faceted rays with small crescents and stars between each ray cluster, obverse shows Sultan Abdul Mejids royal cipher surrounded by an inscription, measures 33. 2 mm (w) x 47. 1 mm (h inclusive of red enamelled crescent moon and star suspension), missing ribbon, dark patina, extremely fine condition.
