Description

Winemaker Faouzi Issa fermented each variety separately with wild yeasts and held it in steel to keep every ounce of freshness

Medium to full-bodied

Packs a serious punch but carries no excess weight and finishes stony and very long

off old ungrafted vines

Its complexity makes it both a refreshing aperitif and a thoughtful addition to a variety of drinks

All of the vines are 90+ years old. As old as Michel Lafarge was. Clotilde Lafarge made this as a tribute to her grandfather. Her great grandfather planted the vines the year Michel was born. These grapes come from the parcel on top of the hill.
