A circular silver medal, the obverse depicting the leftward facing profile of Nicolaus II of Russia, circumscribed by his name and title in Russian script, the reverse inscribed For Zeal with flower stamen and privately etched with Miss I. M. McCulloch and 1914 17, unmarked, measuring 28 mm in diameter, officially graded AU (About Uncirculated) by the NGC (Numismatic Guaranty Company)
