Germany, Luftstreitkräfte. A Prussian Pilot’s Badge Archive Slight enamel flaking to green(Flugzeugfhrerabzeichen). Constructed of silver plated magnetic metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak leaf wreath, joined at the bottom by a bowtie ribbon and topped by a German State Crown, with a central monoplane flying over a rural landscape, the reverse with a barrel hinge and vertical pinback meeting a round wire catch, unmarked, measuring 45. 77 mm (w) x 71. 01 mm (h), weighing 12. 3 grams, in very fine condition.
