Giizh Agaton Howes (Anishinaabe Ojibwe) has designed a sprout to take root across her Sprout Baby Blanket to celebrate the first stage of a plants life cycle. All stages of life have meaning and power, but the moment a baby takes their first breath, everyone in their community is gifted with the start of the next generation. Made from a cotton wool blend,
