Constructed of zink, on loop for suspension from a replacement Eastern Front Medal ribbon, the obverse bearing a raised depiction of the Caucasus Mountains topped by a Wehrmacht flag, circumscribed by an inscription of KAUKASUS 1942, the reverse bearing a cross overlaid by an edelweiss, unmarked, measuring 35 mm in diameter, in extremely fine condition.
