Constructed of red cotton, the exterior bearing a central dyed white disc overlaid by a black mobile swastika, unmarked, measuring 20 cm (w) x 10. 5 cm (h) when folded on a flat surface, with soiling and minor material fatigue evident, in very fine condition.
