Venezuela, Bolivarian Republic. An Order Of Andrés Bello, I Class Grand Cross Star, C.1970 certificate_of_authenticity Ethiopian lion coat-of-arms in gold-coloured(Orden Andrs Bello). Instututed in 1965. Insignia in bronze gilt with blue enamels, mounted to a silvered metal eight pointed star base, each of the star points with five emanating rays, maker marked "RUSSELL UNIFORM CO. NEW YORK" on the reverse, measuring 82 mm (w) x 85. 5 mm (h), vertical pinback flanked by dual stays, intact enamels, scattered silvering and gilt wear, near extremely fine. Footnote: The Order of Andrs Bello was instituted in 1965
