Spain, Republic. An Order Of Aeronautical Merit, To Nasa Apollo 11 Astronaut Buzz Aldrin Hold with gold-leaf on the top(Orden al Mrito Aeronutico). Instituted on November 30, 1945 by Francisco Franco. In silver gilt, an eight point star with clusters of dual faceted rays, the obverse features a white enamelled cross with alternating lions and castilles in each quadrant, crowned wings are on the center of the white cross with the center featuring the Spanish iconography, a solid silver gilt bar across the top of the 12 oclock arm, the reverse features a detailed
