A German National Forestry Service Official's Belt Buckle By F.w. Assmann & Söhne Newly Listed Carbert of Campbellvillen stamped aluminum, maker marked with a stylized "A" (F. W. Assmann & Shne, Ldenscheid) on the reverse, measuring 50 mm x 54. 5 mm, extremely fine. A similar buckle is illustrated on page 519 of "Belt Buckles & Brocades of the Third Reich, Revised Edition" by John R. Angolia and came from his personal collection.
