In silver gilt and enamels, multi piece construction, central medallion features propeller arms and a central sword with wings, encircled by a blue ring inscribed AERONAUTICO MERITO, the reverse features Brazilian symbolism, wing suspension, measures 62. 7 mm (w) x 73. 1 mm (h), worn on full length neck ribbon with ties on the ends, medallion is loose and spins, dark patina, in very fine condition.
