In silver and enamels, with a hand painted image of Saint Sava in red robes in the obverse center medallion, reverse medallion bearing MO I, with a crown suspension, measuring at 39mm (w) x 64mm (h), hallmarked and marked on suspension loops, on period ribbon, intact enamels, in extremely fine condition.
