Germany, Drk. An Honour Cross Of The German Red Cross, I Class GTRexclude as the 1st Ustaša Regiment(Ehrenzeichen des Deutschen Roten Kreuzes, I. Klasse). Instituted 30 January 1934 by Duke Carl Eduard of Saxe Coburg and Gotha. (1934 1937 issue).
