Constructed of gilded and patinated white metal, the obverse consisting of an oval laurel and oak wreath joined together at the base by a ribbon, overlaid by a swooping Luftwaffe eagle clutching a mobile swastika, the reverse with two pins instead of rivets, with a vertical
