A gilded bronze medal, the obverse with a leftward facing bust of Germania wearing a winged helmet, circumscribed SDWEST AFRIKA and 1904 06, the reverse with the royal monogram of Emperor Wilhelm II, circumscribed DEN SIEGREICHEN STREITERN (THE VICTORIOUS COMBATANTS), measuring 32. 64 mm in diameter, on loop for suspension from period original ribbon, and in very fine condition.
