Three piece construction, in silver with red enamels, the hammer and sickle insignia in silver gilt, mint marked " " (Monetny Dvor) and number engraved "48612" on the reverse, measuring 43. 2 mm (w) x 44. 9 mm (h) inclusive of its integral ring, original ribbon mounted to a five sided aluminum suspension with pinback, intact enamels, light contact, near extremely fine.
