A Medal For Labour In The First General Population Census, Silver Grade Archive reverting to Signalman 1st ClassConstructed of silvered bronze, on loop for suspension from its period correct replacement ribbon, obverse with central royal monogram of Tsar Nicholas II within laurel branches, circumscribed by (First Universal Census of the General Population), reverse with inscription 1897, (Staff of the First Universal Census of the General Population 1897), unmarked, measuring 29. 36 mm in diameter, in better than very fine condition.
