Constructed of gilded magnetic metal with multi coloured enamels, the obverse consisting of a red and white enameled HJ insignia with a central black mobile swastika, flanked by a date of 1942 on top of a bed of blue enamels, above a raised inscription of REICHS SIEGER completing in oak leaves, unmarked, measuring 25. 73 mm (w) x 28. 84 mm (h), in near extremely fine condition.
