Typical of the best modern Chardonnay, well integrated oak balances with the weight of the fruit. Citrus and white nectarine linger in the finish. A combination of intense citrus and lime cordial aromas, grapefruit, green apples and stone fruit flesh on the palate is balanced by hints of cashew and toasty oak on the nose. Pairs well with lobster tails or halloumi fritters.
