Beautifully handmade with four layers to the skirt making it super flared! You could also add a petticoat underneath to give it even more va va voom! There are two dainty little bows at the front neckline and a large statement bow at the back waist. The full length sleeves are sheer and come to little points at the cuffs, with popper fastenings.
