What an amazing jacquard weave panel brocade this is, from Italy, with a textured paisley design with a crinkle sheer border that can be placed at the top or the bottom of the garment. The wavy division between the sheer and the opaque areas adds further interest and dimension. The sheer area (about 10") is a mix of silk and polyester, it has a bit of subtle sparkle while the opaque area
